Big Rip Brewery was fresh and new…and Cinder Block Brewery wasn’t even officially open when I photographed them for Northland Lifestyle’s Magazine’s September Issue, but they’re both open and super busy now. These breweries may be located less than a mile away, but they are super different in style. You should try them both.
Here’s Cinder Block Brewery. Take a look…and if you happen to be a fan of “Breaking Bad” (one of the all time best TV series of all time), then you will see why I had some giggles walking around what looked like could have been a very fancy meth lab. 🙂

Big Rip Brewery may be a smaller brewery, but they pack a BIG punch with flavor and causal hangout. I think I fell in love when one of the owners said that many people like to hang out, enjoy their beer, and have pizza delivered when they get hungry. SO COOL!
